Mesh optimization in Qubicle


Hi, before I will buy Qubicle, i’ve got to know - how is mesh optimization realized in Qubicle.
For example in MagicaVoxel we have new polygon for each new color, so if we’ve got a lot of colors - we’ve got a lot of polygons. I don’t think it’s very good idea for perfomance on mobile devices.
So, if we need to reduce polygon count - we have to do a lot of job with UV / Maps end etc.

Qubicle does mesh optimization automatically. Results look similar to the image on the right if vertex color is used. It’s even better if you use a texture as material.

I currently update the demo on steam. You will be able to test export results with it when I am done. Should be out tomorrow.
