Have you encountered a bug or crash? Let us know!

Please keep in mind that in order for us to solve the problem we need some information on the occurred bug/crash/etc that help us to replicate it.


For a useful report we need the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue you are reporting
  • Description of the step-by-step process that lead to the issue you are reporting
  • A screenshot can provide us with a much better understanding of the issue. If at hand please attach an image to your post.
