FBX export with userdata embedded to scene objects?

Hi,
Is it possible to add some string value to every object in the editor that I can export into FBX and read it during import phase in Unity?
I need to delete specific side triangles selectively on a number of objects in the Qubicle scene.
In the Qubicle export options I can only choose sides for all the objects in the scene.
I plan to put some Hash data into the name of object and parse the name in Unity but it could be alot cleaner if we could have some kind of user value just below the Pivot box in the Info panel.

Maybe there is other methd of embedding user info into FBX elements?
